Meet The Footcare Clinic Admin Team
Born and bred on the south coast of England, Kate brings over 20 years of international customer service experience from retail, hospitality and youth work.
Arriving in Australia in 2013, she spent 18 months traveling around the country as a backpacker, before settling down in Melbourne and has now become a Keysborough local with her young family. Outside of work you will most likely find Kate reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, at the ocean or watching sport.
Nicole has over 25 years experience in office administration and customer service in the recruitment, information technology and accounting industries. She is now very excited to be working in a healthcare setting with The Footcare Clinic.
Nicole lives locally and enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage kids, going for walks with her whippet Indi, watching movies and listening to music.
Kim-mai Harwood is a member of our administrative team at The Footcare Clinic. Currently pursuing her Bachelor of Fashion Enterprise, Kim-mai brings fresh perspective and organisational skills to our practice.
When not ensuring our clinic runs smoothly, Kim-mai enjoys traveling, hunting for unique finds at thrift shops, and spending time with friends. A talented violinist with years of orchestra experience, she brings the same dedication and attention to detail to her work with our patients.
Kim-mai recently spent a year in New Zealand connecting with her Maori heritage, an experience that has enhanced her appreciation for diverse cultures and personal connections—qualities that make her a wonderful addition to our patient-centered team.
Kate is a busy mum of 2 girls.
She is a PASSIONATE Collingwood supporter (with all of her teeth)! She enjoys the simple things in life – fun, family, laughs, a pub meal with a drink, a dance or watching a good movie on the couch (with her feet up of course).
She loves getting to know the wonderful clients that visit The Footcare Clinic and enjoys working with her podiatry work family.
